Welcome to Abber's Friends blog. This is a site dedicated to the memory or my best friend Abber who just happens to be a cat. I found Abber in the lat 1980's and we were fast friends. Abber was a stray cat that had been on his own for a long time. When I found him he had been hit by at least one car and was in pretty poor condition. We loved him up and in short order he made a great recovery. Abber was my best buddy for nearly 20 years. Abber went to his heavenly reward in early 2007 and I miss him so badly. So in an attempt to honor his life I am starting this blog to help other strays find their special friends. I will be posting stories relating to cats and other pet issues. Through this blog I hope you will find a special friend to call your own. Maybe if you are lucky you will find your Abber here. My wife Vicki has such a big heart for Cats that you will probably be hearing from her from time to time on this blog.
